YAMATSUNE SINGAPORE PTE.LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “company”), regarding personal information acquired by our company, observes laws concerning personal information protection, guiding principles, such as guidelines concerning personal information protection, and other relevant laws and regulations concerning personal information protection.

2. Safe Management of Personal Information

The company shall, regarding the protection of personal information, implement appropriate measures in organizational, physical, personal, and technical ways, and take necessary and appropriate measures in order to prevent leaks, destruction and damage of personal information handled by the company, as well as other types of safe management of personal information.

3. Rules Observed in the Acquisition of Personal Information

The company observes the following rules regarding the acquisition, usage and offering of personal information by the company. 　

(1) Acquisition of Personal Information

The company, to the necessary extent for operations of the information providing internet site (hereinafter referred to as “site”) managed by the company, may acquire information regarding regular users (hereinafter referred to as “users”) as well as those who publish advertising (hereinafter referred to as “publishers”) on the site, from the users and publishers.

(2) Purpose of Personal Information Use

The company will not use personal information acquired by the company beyond the necessary extent for realizing the following set purposes of use, except for when decided by laws and regulations, and when agreed to by the individuals themselves.
① Operations, maintenance, and management of the site.
② Offers and introductions of services through the site.
③ Surveys on the site for improving product quality.

(3) Providing Personal Information

The company will not provide personal information acquired based on the agreement of an individual, to third parties without the prior consent of that individual, except when decided by laws and regulations. Furthermore, regarding the disclosure, revision, addition, or deletion of personal information requested by the individual, as well as notifications about purposes of use, the company will follow the laws and regulations, and in addition appropriately deal with opinions and consultations.

4. Changes to Purposes of Personal Information Use

The company will not, in principle, change the purposes of use specified in the previous clause, except when receiving the advance consent of individuals. However, it does not apply to cases where changes are made upon announcing the changed purposes of use in advance, to the extent that it is reasonably acknowledged that it has considerable relevance to the purposes of use before changes are made.

5. Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

The company, when entrusting the full or partial handling of personal information to third parties, will thoroughly investigate their eligibility, and perform necessary and appropriate surveillance of those entrusted, in order to safely manage the handling of the entrusted personal information.

6. Improvements and Revisions of Personal Information Handling

The company will conduct inspections regarding the handling, management system and efforts regarding personal information. The company will continuously conduct improvements and revisions. 。

7. Disposal of Personal Information

The company, when it is no longer necessary to refer to the purposes of personal information use, shall delete or dispose of personal information. This deletion or disposal will be performed to the extent necessary while fulfilling work duties, in accordance with necessary and appropriate methods to prevent risks such as external leaks.
